Reserve your puppy through the Vom Jochmorney placement process. Secure a male or female Rottweiler or Pembroke Welsh Corgi puppy from our upcoming litters, bred with an uncompromising commitment to health, strength, and temperament.

    Fill out this pre-order listing form to secure your position & await approval.

  • 2. Pay the 50% Reservation Deposit

    Once accepted, this confirms your commitment and reserves your place for a puppy from this litter.

  • 3. Puppy Allocation

    Once the puppies are born and assessed, we will contact families in waiting list order to begin the selection process.

  • 4. Balance Payment

     The remaining balance is due before collection once the puppy's reach the 8 week age mark.

Step 1: Educate Yourself First

Before applying to adopt one of our puppies, we ask that all prospective owners take the time to ensure they are fully prepared for the responsibility of raising a dog.

You can do this by:

  • Browsing the educational resources available on our website, or
  • Contacting us directly to discuss our breeds and what ownership requires

Understanding Our Breeds:

  • Rottweilers: Powerful, confident, and intensely loyal dogs that require early socialization, structured training, firm leadership, and lifelong care.
  • Pembroke Welsh Corgis: Intelligent, outgoing, and energetic dogs with a big personality in a small body that require regular physical activity, daily engagement, and ongoing training.

Step 2: Join the Waiting List

If you decide you are ready to move forward, the next step is to complete our Pre-Adoption Booking Form provided below.

Submitting this form allows you to request placement for adoption with our next available litter.

Please note:

  • All submissions are subject to approval or rejection based on the information provided
  • We reserve the right to conduct a home inspection or home check before approving a puppy placement

Our priority is always the long-term wellbeing of our puppies.

Step 3: Application Approval & Reservation

If your application is approved, you will receive confirmation that a reservation has been allocated to you for adoption from our next available litter.

Step 4: Securing Your Reservation

To officially secure your approved reservation:

  • A 50% non-refundable commitment booking deposit (R7 500) is required once the puppies are born
  • This deposit confirms your placement for adoption
  • First deposit, First pick.

Important:
If, due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to provide a puppy, your full 50% deposit will be refunded.

Step 5: Final Payment & Collection

  • The remaining 50% balance is payable upon collection
  • Puppies are ready to go to their new homes at 8 weeks of age

Late Collection Policy & Agreement To Terms

Late Collection Policy

Puppies must be collected at 8 weeks of age unless prior arrangements have been made.

  • Late collections will incur additional kennelling fees
  • This is due to extra care requirements including additional vaccinations and deworming protocols

Any puppy not collected by 10 weeks of age without prior arrangement may be made available for adoption to another approved home.

Once your form is submitted, we carefully review the information provided. We may contact you for a follow-up discussion to learn more about your home, lifestyle, and experience with dogs. Our goal is to ensure the best possible match between puppy and owner.

How long does approval take?

Approval times can vary depending on how many applications we are processing. We aim to respond as soon as possible, but please remember we take placements very seriously and review each application thoroughly.

Will I definitely get a puppy if I’m approved?

Approval places you in line for our next available litter, but puppy availability can be affected by litter size, gender preferences, and unforeseen circumstances. We will always keep you informed and discuss options if anything changes.

When will I need to pay the deposit?

The 50% commitment booking deposit (R6 500) is only required after the puppies are born and once your reservation has been confirmed. We will contact you directly when it’s time to make the payment.

What if something happens and there are no puppies available?

In the rare event that we cannot provide a puppy due to unforeseen circumstances, your full deposit will be refunded or you may choose to transfer your reservation to a future litter.

Can I choose my puppy?

We do our best to consider your preferences, but final puppy placement is based on temperament, suitability, and what we believe is the best match for each home. Our experience with the litter helps us guide this decision responsibly.

When can I take my puppy home?

Puppies go to their new homes at 8 weeks of age. This ensures they have had the proper time with their mother and littermates for healthy development.

What happens if I can’t collect my puppy at 8 weeks?

If you need a slightly later collection date, please discuss this with us in advance. Additional kennelling fees may apply, as extended stays require extra care, vaccinations, and deworming. Puppies not collected by 10 weeks without prior arrangement may be made available to another approved home.

Will my puppy be vaccinated and dewormed?

Yes. Puppies leave us with age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming completed, along with guidance on their future veterinary care schedule.
